Engaging wholeheartedly with touch, breath, movement, anatomy, and through deep listening, we can strengthen these connections and navigate our lived experiences with greater ease and discernment.
I invite my participants and clients to explore the embodied language of connection, moving it through constituents of earth, body and mind. Together we will discover pathways to deeper understanding via immersive nature experiences in partnership with the More-Than-Human-World, therapeutic touch and somatic integration: gentle, first-person inquiry into the anatomical parts that make us whole - the "more" that is the sum of our parts.
There are many roads home, I am honoured for the opportunity to walk alongside my community as we set out on this adventure!
The journey began in 2005 when I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. In 2019 I completed my certification from the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training as a Hanna Somatic Educator.
In 2024, I became a certified guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy. Throughout this time, I have been keenly attending to my clients; listening, learning, offering care, and developing my unique approach to bodywork.
